Starting Ben early on mom's favorite, Dr. Pepper!

We brought all the pop up from the basement in preparation for the framing to start this weekend. Now it's just another fun thing for Ben to play with in the pantry. He takes the cans out of the boxes and stands them up or rolls them around the hardwood floor. Then he walked around acting like he was drinking his mom's favorite....Dr. Pepper :)

Ben and dad

Luna Bars as Race Cars?

One of Ben's favorite pastimes is to play in the pantry...in particular with the granola/protein bars. He has his two favorites that I got as a giveaway somewhere and he take them and pushes them around the floor like little cars :)

Other mischief he has gotten into lately.... he figured out how to take the floor vents off which I think is a problem because I can see him starting to put things down there and we will never find them again. Not sure how to fix that other than to superglue them to the floor. The other funny thing that happened this week, I turned on the shower to warm it up and then turned my back....Ben proceeded to open the door and crawl right in with jeans/sweater on. He didn't seem to mind it was raining on him!

One more cute pic

Amy took this photo earlier this week before our quick trip to Albert Lea to see Chris's grandpa. Aren't they cute!!

Nic and Amy babysit

Nic and Amy came over last Sunday to hang out with Ben for awhile while we ran some errands. Of course he picked that day to take a really long nap....not the days when mom is tired and needs a nap herself. Anyway, as always looks like they had fun!

15 month appointment

Ben went in for his 15 month appointment this morning. Here are his stats:

Height: 32 inches (75% percentile)
Weight: 23 lb 8oz (35-40% percentile)
Head: 18 1/4 inches (30% percentile) he checked this one twice since the measurement was less than last time, apparently the nurse measure wrong last time.

Fun in the snow

Ben and dad went outside and played in the snow for awhile this past weekend. Look at what they made in the back yard.
