Ben's gift from the girls

Our pediatrician's advice was to get a gift from the girls to Ben. We got him a little playhouse and gave it to him today. He LOVED it. He pressed the doorbell over and over, open and closed the windows, and played with the telephone. Next summer they can all play in it together :)

The baby girls!!

Here are some pictures of the girls and one of each with their eyes actually open!! We are settling in at home, working on getting some sleep, and gaining more weight on these little girls!

Ben's first kiddy rides!

We took Ben to the MOA on Saturday afternoon/evening for something fun to do while we pass the time waiting for these little girls. Chris took him on a few rides. I forgot my camera but we took a few with our phones. He absolutely loved them and Chris said he did not want to get off when they were done :)

This is Ben upset that all the ketchup was gone! He stole dad's ketchup twice and by the end he had gotten himself so messy that when we got to the car we took his shorts and shirt off so he wouldn't get ketchup all over his carseat! Messy little boy :)

4th of July

Some good friends of ours invited us out to Excelsior/Lake Minnetonka for the 4th. The kids had fun playing together down by the lake. Ben managed to stay up for the fireworks. I didn't think he would like them since he isn't fond of loud noises.....I guess they weren't too loud and the fireworks were just to mesmerizing to pass up. He LOVED them! I think I had more fun watching him than the fireworks :)


Ben was stepping on those snaps we played with when we were kids. He thought those were pretty cool!

Ben's first Twins game in the new stadium

We picked the hottest day to take Ben to his first Twins game. He didn't seem to mind the heat but he didn't like the loud cheers very much. He buried his head in someones lap when there was anything loud. He didn't pay much attention to the actual game but he liked seeing TC when he was nearby and he liked walking back and forth putting cups in the different cup holders. Maybe he will like it better next year :)
