18 month check-up

The girls had their 18month check up last week.  Here are their stats:

Allison
23lb 6oz 25-50%
31 3/4 inches 75%

Samantha
26lbs 75%
32 1/2 inches 95-97%

Girls are still tall, especially Samantha!

A walk outside in January?

On one of those days that was 50+ degrees I took the kids outside for a walk around the block.  They loved it the girls were just cruisin' down the sidewalk.  I probably should have put hats and mittens on them but it felt so warm!!

Sesame Street

We took Ben to see Sesame Street Live again this year.  I think he loved it even more this year.  He was mesmerized the whole time, his eyes were glued to the stage!  It was all about music and Ben recognized some of the songs like the ABC's and "the people in your neighborhood".

Christmas 2011

Christmas 2011 was a busy and crazy but fun one!  We had different celebrations Friday through Monday.  We opened presents, made cookies, ate yummy food, played with new toys, and got to see all of our family over the weekend.  I took tons of pictures (over 200) with my new camera (which I am still learning to use) so it took me awhile to sort through them and it was hard to pick so I posted many of them.  Happy New Year to everyone!

The first gift Ben opened, "The Little Engine that Could".  I know it's a blurry picture but can you see how excited he was!?

All ready for Christmas morning.  Santa put together a train table and kitchen on Christmas Eve (only took us 4-5 hours).
