Fun 4th of July Weekend!!

We had an AWESOME 4th of July weekend! We had lots of fun family time and did a lot of "firsts" with Ben...starting with a bike ride in his new trailer, a picnic in the park, playing in his first kiddie pool, hanging out at St. Anthony Main with Grandpa Staloch and Uncle Nic, and fireworks on a friends rooftop (thanks Linds for inviting us!). We love doing new things with Ben and seeing how he reacts..... such fun and wonderful moments I hope to always remember!! We took a ton of pictures so it was hard to narrow them down to just a few!

Ben's First Pool! It took him a little while to warm up to the pool.....we put a few of his toys in it including his rubber duckie in hopes that it would look like more fun! I sat in it first and Chris handed Ben to me....he stood on my lap so only his feet were in the water, then he sat down on my lap and got his legs wet, soon he was standing trying to reach all his floating toys and after awhile he was sitting in the pool playing and splashing with dad by his side!

Ben's First Picnic! We had a little picnic lunch at a park in Victoria.

Ben's First Bike Ride! Our little man loves to go for stroller rides so I figured he would like the bike trailer too....well he sure did! We went for a little ride on the trails around Victoria and stopped for a snack (a.ka. bottle). We brought along a few toys for him but he really likes to just look around on walks/rides. By the time we got home he had fallen asleep............ guess it's pretty comfortable in there!
